Today, in this fast-paced, ever-changing world, individuals have to cope with the daily
challenges and stresses of work, families and social calendars. Also, as our society
becomes increasingly technological, and our world becomes more intimately connected
and influenced by its numerous cultures, pace is on the rise and the stress on the
body’s nervous system is increasing.
I
n this workshop, we will explore how stress affects us and learn the yogic skills needed
to cultivate balance and cope with the demands of life.
Fruit, yogi tea and cookies will be served.
All level, different backgrounds, traditions and beliefs are welcome.
(Note: 8 theme-based classes will follow on Monday evenings at 7:30pm starting
September 29th, 2013)
